History repeats

History repeats itself. The judges are the slave owners, the attorneys are their field bosses, and we the people are their slaves. Slave owners don't care about rules!

I'll be submitting an appellate brief with Carmen once the court provides the date. The errors of fact and law are too numerous to mention, but here are a few simple examples to show you how little rules matter to these parasites.

8 cases commenced by a Magistrate in a completely different district for Carmen parking on his lawn.

Of the 8 cases, 1 has no summons entries, 2 have summons undeliverable entries, 2 have summons cancelled entries, 1 case disappeared completely because it was expunged sua sponte by the Magistrate, and the other 2 cases didn't follow the summons process.

This same judge issued 5 arrest warrants and 2 bench warrants for these 8 cases. A MICKEY MOUSE, PISS ANT, MAGISTRATE, OUTSIDE OF HIS ASSIGNED DISTRICT, THOUGHT IT WAS APPROPRIATE TO ISSUE ARREST WARRANTS FOR A HOMEOWNER PARKING ON HIS OWN PROPERTY! We never knew of nor seen any warrants until the Constable, not the magistrate's attorney, submitted 3 of the 7 warrants in their 12 b(6) motion, A RULE 106 VIOLATION AS THE ENTIRE RECORD MUST BE CONSIDERED, NOT PART OF IT! Then, 2 of the 3 warrants they submitted have the wrong home address for Carmen! The scum bag judge actually stated that every case was properly summonsed! LET TGE STUPIDITY OF THAT SINK IN!

To add insult to injury, because there is no process in Pennsylvania for a Magistrate to transfer 8 Summary Offense cases from one district to another, the attorney for the 2 magistrates submitted a 2013 Administrative memo for On Call Coverage for when the Magistrate courts are closed after hours and holidays, and claimed that the memo assigned the Magistrate to the 8 individual cases between 2021 to 2025, and the District Court judge stated Rules of Criminal Procedure 130 and 132, parts of which he also cited in his memorandum, did not apply to the 8 cases because the Magistrate was assigned to the 2021 to 2025 cases by the 2013 memo! AND YOU THINK THESE SCUM BAGS CARE ABOUT RULES???!!

Another Life Lost to NJ Transit: When Will It End? Early Sunday morning, tragedy struck in Newark when an NJ Transit bus hit two pedestrians, leaving one dead and another seriously injured. According to the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, the incident occurred at 12:18 a.m. on the 400 block of Springfield Avenue. Koran Tajhai Dupree Baker, a 25-year-old Newark resident, succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital. The second victim remains hospitalized, fighting to recover. Here we are in 2025, and NJ Transit buses continue to take lives under Governor Phil Murphy’s administration. How many more people must be injured or killed before real accountability is enforced? It’s time for action. A class action lawsuit needs to be filed against NJ Transit on behalf of all living victims and the families of those who have lost their lives due to reckless bus drivers. These drivers must be held accountable—this is not just negligence; these are murders on wheels . NJ Transit has ...
