Petitioner doesn’t respond. Plaintiff files, defendant responds. If it is an appeal, petitioner files, respondent (opposing parties) respond. And the petitioner replies if allowed to do so.

Ok since you provided more details now, the petitioner filed, respondents motioned to dismiss, and petitioner didn’t reply in a timely fashion. Appeals are different than trial courts. You have to check the rules for the appellate court you are in to even determine if a reply was allowed. Then you need to check the times for the reply.
Check your rules. Seldom is the tolling started from the service. It starts in most cases from the filing.
Again, you’re not clear what level court this is. But if it was an initial complaint filed, you can appeal the order of the MTD and state your timing issues. But it sounds like you need to defend the MTD as well.

You can also file for reconsideration. Again check your rules as these are usually a short time window, 5 or 10 days. Check your rules for reconsideration first and see if you can still file that before you file the appeal. Notice of appeal is also short fuse, so check the rules on that as well.
Are you going to say who the parties are?   That's how it is supposed to go.

Without standing.  You have nothing.   That's what  needs to be explained.   Why did you name these people.   Who are they?  Why did you choose to file into this court ?

This case was a great example of how the court system has been corrupted with ignorance. Very sloppy in my opinion. But I do want to applaud the confidence that Afroman has. I don't agree with how he is disrespecting people. But we need to stand up against tyranny: https://youtu.be/B39u-dzUJec?si=SC_-Nh4yCy-LsmJ0

Can anyone explain to me how jurisdiction is established on a record properly?  What would it look like?
If not could someone please tell me where I can locate it on the website? In the jurisdictionary material? Doesn’t it need to be on the record before the court proceeds?

JJ:
When I enforce the public records act.   I would need to petition into the higher court where the records are kept at .   what type of records are you referring to ?

Nicki Torah Pursuant:
When a summons is received via mail (not served via a 3rd party)

When one steps into a court and requests that jurisdiction be established on the record before the court proceeds.
What would it look like?

I don’t have a contract with the party on the summons.  I never did  it is not a Traffic ticket.  There isn’t even a quasi contract.

I have notified the court but I don’t know what to do next.

JJ:
Was it certified mail?   Did you sign the green card or on the screen?

Ok then get the public docket sheet for the case.   Sometimes you can have a third party request it or look on the kiosk

Another Life Lost to NJ Transit: When Will It End? Early Sunday morning, tragedy struck in Newark when an NJ Transit bus hit two pedestrians, leaving one dead and another seriously injured.
