Did you get a Notice from the Bank? Did you read the Terms and Conditions of the specific card?

People are opting out (in their terms within 60 days of the Notice that they received from Bank of America about their specific cards) but it all depends on your own situation and product(s), and check state-related exception(s) too.

Set the Motion to Compel for hearing, if you haven't already.  ⚖️
Court is court, and every court has rules that are published.
With the rules and Jurisdictionary's course, you are empowered.
Of course they don't want discovery.
Discovery is WHERE THE FIGHT IS.
Discovery is WHERE YOU PROVE WHO HAS THE RIGHT TO WIN.
Force them to submit!
Motions to Compel ...
You might take a look at the Federal Rules of Procedure and the Federal Rules of Evidence.

Fraud gets you out of the conditions in their contract.

That train left the station... The motion was filed when I was stupid enough to have retained counsel. An inspection was held and opposing counsel showed up at my inspection with their expert who shadowed my expert. I had scheduled an 8 hour forensic inspection. My expert called, and was 5 minutes away. That expert was over an hour late after that call and stayed an hour only taking photos for an hour. I was prohibited physically from observing and evidence I had been diligently guarding was tampered with. I vehemently objected and terminated my attorney number 1. But yes, you are correct. We have to schedule motions for hearings.
Yeah that might be the only option
Sorry you mean fraud done by the bank?
It was an addendum to a recent business advantage credit card statement. What is the best way to check for state-related exceptions?

Reminds me of the time a collection agency started making annoying calls over a disputed credit card bill. I told them I'd only speak with them when they provided me with a signed contract proving I had authorized the agency in writing with my signature assigning the debt to that company.
I would send them a letter asking 44 questions they couldn't answer without committing fraud using the Fair Debt Collection Act.

I am creating a court of record to take some agents who at times work for collections agency to court      This course has given me so much confidence

Yes it gives me confidence too, especially when I know the Rules better than the people who are supposed to know for their profession.

And they don’t like that but they should know better themselves and encourage more people to know the Rules!
Don’t wait for judges to rule.
Set your Motions for Hearing, first and foremost.

Study the class on Motions & Hearings.

Jurisdictionary, is your best "set of eyes".

I have two separate lawsuits for the same account. After research I have found that it is illegal to have duplicate lawsuits. I'm preparing a motion to dismiss for one but can I do it for both? And how would I prepare the documents as I couldn't find an example in the course materials.
Be careful. Give me a call in the morning, that’s Tuesday morning before 11 AM Eastern time you must be careful.

2 summons or 2 lawsuit's ?   In Illinois  it's called allias summons when the first one fails They can do it over again but it's not a different lawsuit.

You are welcome. I also have a legal group, The Legal Aid Society if you might be interested in joining. I highly recommend the course.

Here we are in 2025, and NJ Transit buses continue to take lives under Governor Phil Murphy’s administration. How many more people must be injured or killed before real accountability is enforced? These drivers must be held accountable—this is not just negligence; these are murders on wheels . NJ Transit has ...
