I do appreciate the help but I have already in my possession the 45 CFR 302.34 cooperative arrangements (contracts) between the 42 USC 654(3) single and separate organizational unit housed in the executive branch and the district courts deeming article 3 judges as contractors for the unit which identify 20 CFR 422.103(d) as property which violates the State constitution which is built on ecclesiastical principles and states that I am Genesis 1:26 created in Gods image. Not succeeded into a “non-custodial parent” which is identified by a social security number in which due process wasn’t afforded to me nor did I sign up for.
I just want to know what specifically to put as the title and preamble in response to a motion for show cause on an already granted case in which I found discovered new material evidence that proves I’m not identified party.

I think he meant that according to the bible, he was given the specific title of man, and not the title of “non-custodial parent”…..

Regardless, there’s a LOT of Patriot Mythology there…..
I wish I knew where all this crap was coming from because it is putting so many others at risk….

Using this in your response to the Show-Cause Motion is the fastest way to lose, in my opinion.

Courts have seen this exact script (and dozens of variations) for decades and uniformly reject it as frivolous.
Parental support obligations are not voluntary contracts; they arise from statute and biology.

What should I do if the cop lied in the deposition I received? I just went to arraignment on the 8th and got railroaded.
I am trying to process everything that happened and I also have memory issues so this has been a problem for me but I am still trying.. can anyone help me with what to do? I've heard about doing an affidavit of facts and status and a notice of claim but I am not sure if that is the right thing to do

Is it required to process serve a defendant, and do the service papers need to be in the docket?

Proper Service results in there being an Affidavit of Service filed with the court by the Process Server.
