I would actually prefer to have out of state plates - even less of a reason for them to assume that my property is under their jurisdiction, especially since I am not “in” their “state” to begin with

I've heard Alphonse referring to a "Writ of Scire facia" numerous times and had to look it up today. Very interesting about it being a remedy against Federal Judges.

@jessonthebrink do you recommend anyone who could help me. I’ve already done my AOS, AOF, Notice of claim, schedule fees, notice of default. My previous employer fired me for standing up for myself on the mask mandate, discrimination, failure to pay me, retaliation and lies. They are in default for over a month. I sent my claims to the DA and attorney general and asked for them to turn my documents over to the grand jury but haven’t heard from a grand jury foreman. I called the DA and attorney generals office and haven’t been able to get much from them. The DA told me to contact a lawyer from the Alabama bar association. I don’t mind paying for some guidance.

please do a rescission of signature and look on your state law code website for civil law and family law and search both. the civil law will tell about rescission of signature and the family law will say how great it is and how high and mighty an agreement in family is the highest agreement ever ... i have also loaded a family law folio .. but not for every situation, specific to mine ... eight years of hell  !!! do the rescission immediately ... but read up and get the facts straight. please take care. it might say rescind .. you are withdrawing your signature from the marriage license ..

I have heard that State chartered credit unions are a good place to look, not the “federal credit unions” that are FDIC insured... I came across a few people that had opened accounts through state chartered credit unions with success no SSN. I’ll try and find that info again. I have also heard PNC bank will not make you provide SSN though they will try to ask for it.

Anyone know how to handle a ‘single justice procedure notice’ comes as a pack with ‘notice to defendant’, ‘witness statement’ and ‘camera footage’ of speeding and plea sheets. This has been sent following our written letter to them on receiving a NIP (notice of intended prosecution) for speeding which asks to identify the driver. We asked them to confirm the authority that allows them as a private company to prosecute a living man, and confirm the authority that allows them as private company to conduct their business on a public highway. Their response was confirmation of receipt and inform us the matter was now being referenced to the traffic prosecutions unit. Alleged offence Feb 2021, their threat letter March 2021, the justice pack June 2021. We got 21 days. There are no wet signatures or image signatures, only printed staff number and surname, no witness signature is present either on the ‘witness statement’ even though their is a space for it. The witness statement refers to correspondence and our demands as stated, and their threat letter. They have my name in caps even though my letter to them was lower case. Any help would be appreciated and is hopefully going to be informative to others.
