Bar members lose citizen-ship upon becoming a member. They're foreign. They will test you a Wo/man and try to get you to cave. At this point all you can do is try because you are uncertain what to do. You can try this. I am woman require you a man (sheriff or deputy) to deliver this instrument/adverse claim to the judge and hand deliver or register mail with witnesses to them a birth certificate. That’s who they are after. You just agree to be the SURETY and you should be the SUBROGEE and subrogate the entire case That’s how I would handle it They can’t do shit to a living Wo/man “if” your status is corrected and they have been NOTICED.

The Blanket Bond (RSA 93-B:1)
All state officials in New Hampshire, including judges, are covered under a Master State Fidelity and Faithful Performance Bond.
This isn't a "private" bond like a plumber has; it's a state-funded insurance pool (often managed through the Risk Management unit of the Department of Administrative Services).
This bond is meant to protect the state and the public against "lack of faithful performance of duty" or "malfeasance."
Your right about lawyers. they aren't bonded. So those bar grievances are getting filed where? I don't know where people are submitting them, so I am asking.

greetings and salutations' family, im asking for help with writing a correspondence letter for a no insurance claim from video surveillance. they scanned my licenses plate and sent me a notice of violation?
I ignore those. Who has personal knowledge that you violated anything? A camera cannot testify or be cross-examined so it's simply hearsay. The municipalities rely on frightening you into paying.
