 Well as far as taxation,  it doesn't exist.  No taxation without representation.  Title 26

The second video is true with the exciting of using sovereign citizen. The word "sovereign citizen" within the realm of law can not exist because they are contraindications meaning you are either sovereign and or a citizen but you can not be both.  Sovereign holds your inalienable rights,  while the citizen holds privileges which you know a "privilege " can be revoked by government at anytime and at their discretion. 
There is no government without " we the people" but somehow they have inverted  things to make them appear as though they are above GOD which is not true. 

So to be sovereign is to be ruled by no man just God which falls into Nature's Law or Common Law anything outside of that has been perverted.

Created by the FBI 2015  and was dubbed as an enemy of the state y, because a citizen is an enemy of the state according to the "trading with the enemy act" so you can not be a sovereign citizen. Make sense?


But there is something called a AMERICAN NATIONAL,  which is not apart of the government which means they have zero jurisdiction to any allegiance

Stephen B. Mangold, 54, of Bardonia, New York was struck and fatally injured at approximately 11:50 a.m. near 11th Avenue and Main Street in Neptune, a New Jersey Transit official told Patch. The train departed Bay Head at 11:21 a.m. and was scheduled to arrive at Long Branch at 12 p.m., the spokesman said. There were approximately 60 people on board the train at the time of the incident.
