@Black Letter Law:Explain to me how. By law and process. Because public law is pretty self explanatory but you seem to think public law is commercial law. So, explain how that works when a statute is enacted by The People and passed through articles 1-3 of the constitution. Explain it please.

@Black Letter Law:Public law is not negotiable and public law does not mix with commercial law. Public law is enacted by the people through articles 1-3 of the constitution. If you’re a state citizen, laws passed by state citizens and enacted by congress apply to you. No contact needed. The people are owed due process and a state attorney aka prosecutor who pro se’s on behalf of the governing body called the people is constitutionally required to file charges against you. @InsideOutHomeServices334:The definition of the United States is a corporation. Corporations (artificial persons, your ens legis name) can only interface with corporations and deal with the contracts between them.


@Black Letter Law:Sovereign governments can use corporate tools, but they are not governed by commercial contract law. Public law applies by jurisdiction, not consent. “Person” in law includes humans and entities. It does not convert people into corporations or make public law contractual.

@Social Justice:The UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) A set of adopted state law design to standardize commerical transactions, which courts generally follow to ensure consistent interpretation across jurisdiction.

Using UCC 1-308 often mistakenly cités as 1-08 to reserve rights on legal document such a traffic ticket. Court do not recognize UCC 1-308 as a valid way to reject a court jurisdiction or legal obligation.

You can change jurisdiction in court in your court case.

Indirectly the Municipal courts are commercial operating as a corporation and applying Admirative Law/APA masquerading under judicial.

State statutes (laws) in the United States are not carved directly from the United States Constitution but must align with it.

The United States Constitution is the "supreme law of the land", state statutes are primarily derived from their respective state constitution legislative bodies provided they do not conflict with Federal law

Business and corporation function and govern under the Charter system not the Constitution.
