What The Court And Attorney Do Not Want You To Know?

Are Attorneys License?

Why do they call a Bar card from the Bar Association a license? Or À certificate from the Supreme Court a license. The certificate says authorized to practice law and good ethics.
Well if you look up the word license vs certificate it has two different meanings.

How can a Supreme Court give out license when that is not their primary function? Do the Supreme Courts appeal cases and render précédent?

I thought New Jersey license bureau  is the oversee by the Secretary of State. The license bureau which is operates through the Secretary of the States does not have attorneys license.

The New Jersey BAR Association is a private non for profit organization which is a business. So ask your self how can a business ran by attorneys give out license to their own people and say you are now a license attorney by the State Of New Jersey. How fair is it that they regulate the decision who become an attorney and who can't. So if a person pass the Bar Exam they become an attorney. To me passing the Bar Exam doesn't say I am qualified to be an attorney. It just saying I am a good test taker. Or I can memorizes the material I have study to pas the Bar Exam, therefore I have good memorization skills.  Yet some of these attorneys pass the Bar Exam doesn't know how to apply the law and fail every case they have.

Practicing law is not a right. It's a privilege. I think it's horrible that the state trying to turn a right to a privilege inorder to accumulate or generate money from people who is easy to be deceived telling them they need license to practice law and we as a group of attorneys/lawyers motoring who can be a part of their group aka union or private club.
To represent your self and to know the law is a right. Ignorcy of the law is no excuse but if you are caught practice law it is consider unauthorized practice.

This sounds crazy and contradiction. We are living in a Matrix of lyes and brain washed. More over you have these statutory laws who follows statutes the legislative pass and say you have to follow these rules.

The true law is God's law and the Constitution. The Law Of the Land.

Not man who is trying to control and put fear in another to into submission in tell her or she what to do. The United States Supreme Court Says a State can't give out license to practice law.

Here are some information about attorneys so called law license to practice law.
