@Zero15316:the case was about import taxes (specifically from Puerto Rico) from US territories and the end result was that the Supreme Court decided 5–4 that the newly-annexed territories were not properly part of the United States for purposes of the Constitution in the matter of revenues, administrative matters, and the like. However, the court was careful to note that the constitutional guarantees of a citizen's rights of liberty and property were applicable to all and "cannot be under any circumstances transcended", according to Justice Edward Douglass White's concurring opinion.

@Expose Evil:yeah it's a dissent though but it's definitely proof of two governments. The case also says exclusive jurisdiction not to exceed 10 square miles

@danielelias3187:Everything still operates under the Constitution because there would be no government if the people did not create the trust agreement that created government. What did happen is trustees assumed powers never granted, and created rules outside of what the people expressed. And, because of an ignorant populace, they’ve gotten away with it. When enough people learn fundemental law and how to use it, when they take over grand juries to prosecute trustees in maladministrarion, there can be a return to its intended function.
