We are always told that we have to pay our income tax. How about I tell you that you don't have to pay income tax based on the constitution of the 16 Amendment? There is nothing in the constitution that says we have to pay taxes on our labor/wages. Working for someone is an exchange for a salary. As a working employee, you are not gaining profit for your services. Only business is gaining profit, therefore business has to pay in, come tax.


You can ask the IRS to show you a law that you have to pay taxes as a person who is getting a check for wages. They will not be able to show you the law. However, they can show you codes from the IRS only. See codes, rules, policies, and statutes are not law. They are what it statutes are. The IRS would tell you that is the state constitution and they rule that working people who are laboring for wages have to pay taxes. Well, the Federal Court which is a higher court over the state says it is Unconstitutional for a man or woman to pay taxes.
