David M. Hancock, of Fair Lawn, was hit at 6:52 p.m. just west of Radburn Station by a Bergen County Line train, NJ Transit said. The train was en route from Hoboken and was originally scheduled to arrive in Suffern, New York at 7:22 p.m.
