This wicked dictator Governor Phil Murphy passed a law to put any passengers or pedestrians who assaulted an NJ Transit train engineer or bus driver who go to jail for 5 years. Now if the bus drivers run pedestrians over with an NJ Transit bus or a Coach USA operator driver through the company operating an NJ Transit bus do not go to jail. They get rewarded back on the road to kill again with a paycheck, medical plan, and a retirement pension plan.  While the victims' families and surviving victims who left with a disability suffer imaginable pain. The death victims' families have to dish out money for funeral bills and a broken life. Leaving the family to inherit mental illness and taking depression medicine, dealing with stress, and possibly suicide watch because they can not deal with the heartbreak of losing their loved ones. Why is the bus drivers receiving money and spending time with their ❤️ loved ones and a happy and healthy life a sin? The Bible says if a man takes a life his life should be taken in the same way.
The victims should have the same rights as the bus drivers. NJ Transit and Coach USA are overseers of trained murderers, not safety workers who safely operate a bus. The bus drivers and train conductor can provoke or threaten a person who treactsunpleasantly and the driver will not get fired or held accountable for his or her actions but the passengers or pedestrians will spend five years in jail.

Stephen B. Mangold, 54, of Bardonia, New York was struck and fatally injured at approximately 11:50 a.m. near 11th Avenue and Main Street in Neptune, a New Jersey Transit official told Patch. The train departed Bay Head at 11:21 a.m. and was scheduled to arrive at Long Branch at 12 p.m., the spokesman said. There were approximately 60 people on board the train at the time of the incident.
