New Jersey Street Blog: Why do pedestrians keep getting hit by Coach USA and NJ Transit bus driver?

Title: Why do pedestrians keep getting hit by Coach USA and NJ Transit bus driver?

Topic: Justice For NJ Transit and Coach USA victims

I did my research on this matter.
The major point is that the drivers being employed by NJ transit and Coach USA are unqualified ones.

NJ Transit is a top-notch, smoothly operating transit provider. Up until the last seven years, it upheld its mission statement that "safety is their first concern and safety is our first priority". There has been a steady drop since then. New Jersey Transit is now facing a problem. Throughout previous Governor Chris Christie's administration, the mortality and injury rate rose, and it has continued under current Governor Phil Murphy's government.

As New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine took office at the end of 2008, NJ Transit's regard for human life waned. Chris Christie, a previous governor, removed NJ Transit from the state as soon as he gained office. He placed it in the governor's hands. He made it simple for anyone with a terrible driving record and poor people skills to operate the bus, endangering the lives of millions of passengers. By subcontracting the transportation business Coach USA with its buses, NJ Transit began working with other bus companies. Money was the only concern; pedestrian and passenger safety was not a priority.

NJ Transit hires most of these bus drivers with poor driving records, a murderous mentality, Coach USA bus companies, and has no remorse for taking human lives. The deadly bus drivers ought to be locked up.

According to a post online it says "to be a bus driver for NJ Transit and Coach USA, a candidate must have already murdered someone with a car, have a poor driving history, have a murderous attitude, and have no regard for human life, according to flyer information I saw online. The post also stated "Guaranteed, you won’t be charged with murder if you use an NJ Transit or Coach USA bus to kill someone". "You won’t get employed if you have a spotless driving record or regret for human life". The bus driver Unions and our justice system do not hold these bus drivers accountable for killing someone's loved ones. The people who have control to end these serial killing activities refuse to stop the cycle but they put the bus drivers back on the road to kill again. The routine will continue to repeat itself if they're no law put in place to end this assassination ritual.

Sadly, it is what is taking place right now in the state of New Jersey. The Department of Transportation has publications accessible where you may study the data for NJ Transit fatalities and injuries. What’s astounding is that neither NJ Transit nor Coach USA bothers to look into these noteworthy crashes or fatalities for themselves. Additionally, they fail to notify the state of all fatalities and injuries as required. Every NJ Transit/Coach USA accident or crash that results in a citizen’s death should be reported to New Jersey State police so they can keep a running record, according to what I learned from the New Jersey MVD manager.

There are several instances of bus drivers killing innocent people, however, no one is holding them accountable for this atrocity. This bus deaths, which NJ Transit and Coach USA are responsible for, is a serious epidemic that is being swept under the rug.

"Driven to be the best!"; the executives of the Coach USA bus firm consistently state in their mission statement. But their actions tell a different tale from what they say.

A representative for NJ Transit said the following on safety: “Whenever a tragedy happens, it strikes at the core of our primary priority, which is safety. As part of the inquiry to ascertain what happened wrong and ensure it doesn’t happen again, NJ Transit claims they are fully cooperating with the investigations”. There is too much corruption going on in the agency and nothing is being done about it. Why isn't the Federal Bureau of Investigating not stepping in to look into this high criminal manslaughter case? NJ Transit and Coach USA are running the agency as an organized crime with hitmen for hire and a guaranteed longevity paycheck as an award for killing innocent people operating a bus as a weapon. With a retired pension as an added incentive.

Town prosecutors and representatives for these bus firms

routinely blame the victims for their own deaths and parrot

their well-written lines. There won’t be any criminal charges or

traffic citations issued to the driver of the NJ Transit bus when

the comprehensive investigation is finished. It always ends

with statements like “This accident was extremely awful. In

these most trying times, may the family find serenity.”

In conclusion, prohibiting NJ Transit from conducting its own investigation is the first step that has to be taken if the governor, town council, media, and so forth are serious about holding NJ Transit bus driver and Coach USA accountable for their incompetence. These bus drivers can have an altercation with their passengers and hold a grudge to the point of us the bus to kill the person, while the bus company attorneys run to their defense to get them off from manslaughter or homicide. Putting all the power in the bus driver’s hands with no correction actions in the plan.

The lawmakers ought to enact a measure to impose sanctions on the agency’s officials (bus drivers) for permitting them to operate a bus with a poor driving record. Alternately, withhold public monies from the taxpayers until Washington, DC, can analyze the black boxes and the bus’s video camera footage of fatalities and establish the reason for pedestrian deaths. The bus driver needs to pay for their own attorney's fee, the job ends on the spot with no pay or a retirement package, and go to jail. Under good faith, the townships and transportation

agencies should put a plaque to memorialize the victim's life

where it ended to show the victim's loved ones know that their

family member's life was valuable not a mist of their none existence.

At some point, the victims and victims' surviving loved one's need to say this enough and come together to take action to speak up, go to the legislative, go to the transportation agencies, and public board meetings. Moreover, vote for someone in office who cares about human lives. The killing epidemic behavior against human lives should be intolerable because this type of hazardous bus driver driving is preventable.
