Poor infrastructure and lack of sidewalk connections is the only reason why pedestrians in New Jersey are being killed. The other leading causes why these pedestrians are being killed are the bus drivers speeding, jumping the curbs, not being qualified, and not properly trained for street safety where pedestrians stand. NJ Transit and Coach USA bus drivers have no respect for pedestrians and cyclists. I do not know why the people who write the articles dealing with bus deaths do not put the blame on the bus drivers. The journalist and Department of Transportation always overlook the true villain of pedestrian deaths. Stop protecting these bus drivers.
